Maintenance Kit
Before you leave for Philmont, it is important that you perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on your stove. There’s nothing worse than pulling your stove out after a long, tough day on the trail and finding out that something has gone wrong. Every stove has different procedures for cleaning and maintenance. Make sure you follow the instructions in your manual so that you do not break your stove.
If you don’t use your stove regularly, or your stove is stored in a warm dry place, make sure you replace all of the O-Rings including the ones inside of the pump.
