Use: Fill pot 3/4ths of the way up and boil. If water is from stream boil for 2 minutes. For sterilization you clean all dirt and debris off dish and submerge for at least 10 seconds. | |

Note: Equipment Check Out will only issue you one Wash Pot (8 quart) and one One Trail Chef Kit (Includes: one 8 quart, one 4 quart, one 2 quart). The “Wash Pot” and the 8 Quart Trail Chef kit are the same type of pot. The trail chef kit is also available in stainless steel. |
No matter what method you use to cook, you need least one 8 quart pot to sanitizing dishes in. To sanitize dishes you will submerge them in boiling water for at least 10 seconds. You will do this every night.
